Its a farewell poem. I helped find the poem and typed part of it. The hardest part was determining what we wanted to do. The easiest was making it.

My infographic poster that relates to my Capstone is well done. I did not need any additional research. The easiest thing was choosing my color scheme and the hardest thing was converting the fonts (I originally started on a Mac then went to Windows). I created most of it during Winter Term; however, I did add to it this semester. I added my name, citation, and paragraphs explaining the process. My poster is for the most part complete, I need to move one text box to a better spot and then I will be done.

PSA
I addressed it by creating a video about awareness for some of these fuel processes. I also met the other requirements such as it being 30-55 seconds, having text, and music. I'm not sure if I would have done anything differently, I liked the way my PSA turned out. I think the easiest part was coming up with what I wanted to do, and the hardest part was checking my work and making sure its good. I first started off with my story board, and then I determined that the best way to present my PSA was through Prezi.

PSA Article Comments
From the article on the PSA I learned about how talking about the results is important,it shows
why somethings are effective, and how having one core message is really important. I also agree with the article that diction is very important, using the right word choice is the difference between a serious PSA and a lackluster PSA. Along with that, having a very clear message is effective.

I liked this PSA because of they way the set the tone. They did this through their word choice and the key of the music. Its a minor key which gives it that darker tone. They also did a good job of outlining the problem and a solution. This video also used good clips for visuals.

I liked both of these PSAs because of the shared messages and their appeal to emotion. They appeal to our jobs as citizens to vote on the right people, and they tell of the story of the Americans. They also use great imagery and great clips. These videos also change the mood to hopefulness at the end through great use of music at the end. Both of these videos also have a clear message.

PSA Intent
- The key point of my video is that renewable petrochemical fuels are the future of energy, and will help prevent climate change (these fuels will recycle the carbon in the air).
- I think using music that is hopeful will set the mood for a brighter future, and I thik using bright images will give viewers feeling of hope.
- I will have an optimistic PSA.
- I am unsure of the structure of my video right now.

Capstone Project Statement of Intent
A) The goal of my project is to show readers future, renewable, alternative methods of obtaining petrochemical fuels in the future mainly through chemical synthesis.
B) This is important because there need to be alternatives to drilling for oil, he main way we obtain petrochemical fuels. Also, it is essential to our climate that a lot of the oil reserves discovered today remain in the ground, thus methods that recycle CO2 are beneficial.
C) This project fits perfectly with my career objectives. I plan to earn a chemical engineering degree and I plan on working in the petroleum industry, so my project is directly related to my future career.
D) My project gives back because there will be alternative ways to obtain fuel that is usable in the future, and will ensure sustainable energy.

Entry One:
The goal of my Capstone project as of right now is undetermined, I know what general field I want to do but I need to narrow it down. My project is over fuel and renewable sources of petrochemical fuel, this is important because almost all of today's existing infrastructure runs on petrochemicals, also there is not an indefinite amount of fuel available. I want to be a petroleum engineer when I get older so this ties in perfectly. My project is going to help society have more fuel in the future (renewable source of petrochemical fuel).
